Joseph S. McNulty, III is Pioneer Health Services' Founder, President and CEO. He has been a resident of Magee, Mississippi, since 1975 and obtained a degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1983. He began his career as a respiratory therapist and started his first business, Medicomp, Inc. -a physical and respiratory therapy company in 1983. In 1989, he acquired his first healthcare facility in S.E. Lackey Memorial Hospital. Joe gained even more experience leasing and managing several additional rural hospitals and founded Pioneer Health Services in 1996. In September 2000, S.E. Lackey Memorial Hospital became the first CAH facility in Mississippi. One year later, Pioneer Community Hospital of Aberdeen followed as the second. Both were guided to CAH status through their partnership with Pioneer Health Services.

Julie Gieger is Chief Financial Officer of Pioneer Health Services. Born and raised in Magee, Mississippi, Julie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1986 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997. She began working for Medicomp, Inc. in 1984 while attending college and has been a full-time employee since 1987.

Eddie Pope is Director of MIS. Originally from Independence, Mississippi, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and his MBA from Millsaps College. Eddie has been working in the field of computer programming and information systems since 1975. Eddie was formerly employed as systems and programming manager with McCarty Farms, Inc.

Debbie Blair is Medicare Cost Reporting Specialist with 25 years of accounting experience. Debbie has been with Pioneer Health Services for over 10 years.

Morgan Dunn began her career in the durable medical equipment industry. She quickly built an extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry. Mentored by Joe McNulty, Morgan has been trained specifically to identify and address all matters relating to Critical Access Hospitals.
